First and foremost, Partytoo.com will protect your privacy. We have made sure that our online payment system is the most secure that you can get. WorldPay is part of The Royal Bank of Scotland group and uses a high grade 128 bit SSL encryption.
We will never sell or exchange your information. We will only email you with our newsletter and our offers if you explicitly say that you want us to by signing up to our newsletter. Your personal information will only be used to process and fulfil your order.
Delivery
Within the UK, usually Royal Mail will deliver your order, but larger orders will be sent via ParcelForce or DHL. We don't have a set amount for the postage as, in the case of smaller orders, we think it would be unfair to charge the same amount on postage as you might have spent on the actual items. Our postage is calculated on what you order and the weight.
*Next Day Delivery
If you would like your order sent for next day delivery, please send us your order and we will contact you with the price of the postage. We use either Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL depending on the size and weight of the parcel. We tend to avoid sending next day delivery items on a Friday because of the additional costs that it incurs.
*Delivery outside the UK
For deliveries outside the UK, please send us your order as an Order Enquiry and we will contact you regarding the cost of the postage and how you would like us to send it to you.
Last-Minute Orders
We are more than happy to discuss last minute orders and we do not make any additional charge for providing this service. We will send this by next day delivery using Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL. We will do our best to get this order to you in time, but we cannot accept responsibility if Royal Mail doesn't deliver.
Returns and Refunds
We know that not all the children who accept invitations to parties actually turn up, and we are happy to give a refund on unused bags if you return them within 14 days, in perfect condition. If you are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase please return them within 14 days still in the wrapper and in perfect condition and we will refund the cost.
Toy Safety
All the toys that we supply comply with the European Toy Safety Regulations and bear the CE mark and age guides where appropriate. The Baby Gund toys are specifically made for babies and are machine washable.
Pricing and Currency
All prices are quoted in UK Sterling. We are currently unable to accept payment in any other currency.
VAT (Value Added Tax)
For residents of the UK and the EU, a prices on this web site are subject to VAT (charged at the standard rate of 17.5%), which is included in the prices quoted. Our VAT number is 568 5661 92.
Changes to Contents
Our stock is constantly changing and although we will do our best to supply what you have ordered, occasionally we may not have enough in stock, or our supplier has discontinued the item, so we will have to change them. Where a change is made, we will supply a product of similar quality and price and will also let you know either via email or telephone.
