Delivery within the UK
We will normally arrange for your order to be delivered by Royal Mail or ParcelForce from the UK mainland. We base our charges for Post and Packing (P&P) on what it costs us.
If you need express delivery or by Courier we can arrange this, although this option is usually more expensive. Indicative prices of the normal Royal Mail based prices are:

Party Too is based in Winchester, Hampshire. If you are able to collect your order there would be no charge for P & P.
Delivery outside of the UK

Last Minute Orders (Orders received within 5 working days of the day the items are required)
We are happy to discuss 'last minute orders' - it is important to speak to
us to see if we can meet your needs. Although we do not make any additional
charge for providing this service, we will use Royal Mail Special Delivery
for next day delivery, and we will charge whatever it costs us. We will do
our best to get your order to you in time, but we cannot accept
responsibility if the Royal Mail doesn't deliver.
Returns and Refunds
We know that not all the children who accept invitations to parties actually turn up,
and we are happy to give a refund on unused bags if you return them within 14 days in perfect condition If you
are not completely satisfied with any of the goods you purchase please return them within 14 days and we will refund the cost.
Toy Safety
All the toys that we supply comply with the European Toy Safety Regulations and bear the CE mark and age guides where appropriate. The Baby Gund toys are specifically made for babies and are machine washable.
Payment
You can pay us by Cheque or Visa or MasterCard Credit Card (but not American Express or Diners Card - sorry). If you want to pay by cheque please allow sufficient time for us to clear it, and we would prefer to speak to you to confirm the Credit Card details.

VAT (Value Added Tax)
All prices on this web site are subject to VAT (charged at the standard rate of 17.5%), which is included in the prices quoted. Our VAT number is 568 5661 92.
Changes to Contents
Our stock is always changing and although we will do our best to supply what you have ordered, we may occasionally have to change them. Where a change is made, we will supply a product of similar quality and price.
